It is because of this way of working that we recommend the use of Team Viewer, which can be installed on a computer or a mobile; with this application, we can have access and control over any device remotely, so we can access from home to our work team, or vice versa, and thus keep our tasks up to date, or even solve problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Evernote\"><\/span><strong>Evernote<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though we can have a notes\u2019 application on any of our devices, with Evernote, we can make the most of our ideas or add a new task or aim; it is an application with a friendly user interface, and above all practical, we can add a note or new task in text format, video, photo, drawing, PDF, or even take screenshots from the web. With Evernote, we will lose nothing; much less forget that great idea that came in a moment of inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Google_Keep\"><\/span><strong>Google Keep<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another application that has been designed to create notes, and with which there is no way to forget something. We have chosen this other application because Google Keep offers several advantages among which we can find the ability to dictate notes on the fly, make use of hashtags to locate more easily those passwords that are usually forgotten or lost; it allows us to sort all our notes by color, as well as adds, scanned texts, and best of all is that if we want, we can share the information with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Trello\"><\/span><strong>Trello<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we are starting a business or undertaking a new project, this application will help us a lot to manage this project. It is a very well-known digital project management system tool that will allow us to improve our work based on the renowned Japanese Kanban Method, which comprises detailing on a board the order of work items according to the degree of its completion, whether it is a task to be done, an ongoing task, and, finally, the task accomplished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CloudCal\"><\/span><strong>CloudCal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many of us spend time on a well-known problem that is perhaps easy to solve, and that is that we rarely plan our time and much less schedule it for different activities, since our calendars are sometimes not enough to do it correctly.
