Airbnb has become one of the most successful examples of a community market, where thanks to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/angelloveraromero.com\/en\/2021\/07\/09\/top-5-applications-to-be-more-productive\/\">internet and smartphones<\/a><\/strong> it has achieved a great impact within the collaborative economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Everything_develops_even_tourism\"><\/span>Everything develops, even tourism<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The way of doing tourism, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/angelloveraromero.com\/en\/2020\/09\/28\/5-areas-of-development-to-grow-our-business\/\">as everything else has also grown<\/a><\/strong>; currently, big cities have been displaced by small and intimate towns where you can enjoy the closeness and tranquility, making this a challenge not only for the hotel industry but also for aviation, which Brian Chesky refers to as diversification of destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Change_is_inevitable\"><\/span>Change is inevitable<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chesky knows that the way people live and work has changed, and this is probably forever, so the way people travel will not be the same. Now tendency reflects travels with a purpose, with meaning; where you can share with family and friends; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/angelloveraromero.com\/en\/2021\/04\/09\/major-commercial-airlines-to-implant-the-iata-travel-pass-in-march-2021\/\">no mass travels with endless queues<\/a><\/strong> or buses full of people; in Chesky\u2019s terms, \u201cI do not think people will continue to choose the same 20 or 30 cities that have been traditionally the most visited, this is one of the biggest changes.
