As a result of the coronavirus, many changes have been made by people to adapt to a new lifestyle that prioritizes security and health; the field of shopping has not been the exception and nowadays consumer behavior has changed, so it is necessary to know it and to know which products or services people are buying.

Type of purchase

Since the Covid-19 was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (OMS) it has been evident that there is a prioritization of the consumption of services and basic products, that is, those that give well-being and health to people have had a significant increase in consumption by all.  Currently, it can be seen that everything that does not provide real value to consumers has decreased, at the time of purchase they wonder if that product really provides what they are looking for.

Greater care

People over the last few months have begun to look more companies that benefit them, that feel identified with their vision, that offers them security in the preparation of products, care of their data or personal and simple attention. The digital consumption has had a significant growth during the last months, because due to the social distancing and quarantine decreed by the governments of the different countries  people has bought the products they need through the different web portals of each city, that is to say, the behavior towards digital shopping has changed and now it is much more used because it allows to continue acquiring products or services without having to leave home, which gives consumers the opportunity to continue protecting their health.
