Acknowledge the mistake

Learn to dialogue

Before any discussion, once we understand the reality of the situation, it is necessary to learn to dialogue in order to reach an agreement that benefits the parties involved. For this, it is necessary to promote negotiation and have the freedom to say things at the right time, it is not about falling into fruitless conversations but establishing true communication.

Character is not temperament

It is often thought that having a strong character is being in a bad mood all the time, yelling, and being a despot, however, this is having a weak character that does not control your temperament. Developing character is really showing yourself as you are, accepting things, with our lights and shadows, so that you can control your temper in order to force your character.

Acceptance of situations

People tend to grow in denial, avoiding accepting mistakes made out of fear of repression, punishment, when it is necessary to learn to face and assume our mistakes, not as an act of submission, or because of being helpless, but as respect for the other and for ourselves. By not being afraid of the mistakes we have made, we have the opportunity to be free and show ourselves really who we are.

Happiness in the details

Many times life is spent waiting for a conclusion, be it a stage, a cycle, a closure, and we do not notice those small details that fill us with happiness and make life worth whatever situation we go through.
