Nowadays, we have a powerful and fundamental tool for many areas of our lives, whether at a personal, professional, and even business level. We are talking about Coaching, it is an excellent tool that we can use to train or educate a person or a group of people in order to develop strengths or talents that are within each one and have not yet been discovered, for this we have a different kind of Coaching, and then we will know some of them.

Personal Coaching

The Personal Coaching or Life Coaching is one of the most known and applied by Coaches, it is based on the deep study and knowledge of the person, practically from his feelings and emotions, it can be said that it focuses on enhancing the emotional intelligence on people, making Coaching in these cases a confidential and personalized process.  We evaluate social issues, couple relationships, family ties, personal aspects that can be strengthened and empowered in their soft skills, thus achieving a physical, mental and emotional well-being that will give good results in the relationship with ourselves and with our interpersonal relationships.

Organizational Coaching

This type of Coaching is formed by the Business Coaching and the Executive Coaching, and is aimed especially at organizations or companies in general, among its objectives seeks to train leaders and those responsible for recruiting staff of organizations to detect the strengths, talents, weaknesses or difficulties that may exist or be generated in any of the department of the organization, as well as develop the ability to handle the situations that arise, good or bad, in a more efficient manner. This can be achieved by using the Organizational Coaching tool to foster effective communication and trust between each of the members of the work teams of each department, as well as department leaders, and in turn generating a greater commitment from each of the members of the organization to the organization.  

Team Coaching

This type of Coaching, unlike Personal Coaching and Organizational Coaching, is not directed to a person, a leader or a recruiter but rather is oriented towards the personal, professional and group development of each of the members of a work team. When a work team develops by individually strengthening the soft and hard skills of each of its members, but in a synchronized manner, it is possible to achieve more efficiently and effectively the expectations and each of the objectives of an organization, turning the work group into a high performance team.
