Hard Skills

Hard skills are related to our intellectual or professional side; we usually highlight them in a curriculum summary, among which we can find the master of theoretical and practical knowledge that we gained throughout our academic preparation and especially with our experience, as well as the ability to plan, organization, observation, use measurement tools and their respective analysis of results.

Soft Skills

These types of skills are associated with our emotional intelligence and our ability to interact effectively either personally or professionally, among these skills, we can consider account problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, effective time management, change management, and leadership.

Balance of soft and hard skills

We must emphasize that both skills are complementary, however, the fundamental skills that all employers are looking for are the hard skills, thus assessing, among other things, the experience necessary for the exercise of responsibility; however, it should be noted that the basis of any professional career will always be its technical capacity, which builds the value and credibility of any professional; and when we comply with each of the soft skills, we will add more value to our work team, since, in one way or another, the management of soft skills will define crucial results in the world of work.
