Being productive is essential to achieve the goals and objectives of our business or company, in addition to contributing to developing our maximum potential (personally and professionally), in this article we will share 3 tips to be more productive:
Plan the day
It is recommended to plan our day detailing all the activities that we will carry out, assigning times for each task (for example, schedule a meeting with x person from 4 to 4:30 pm). It is recommended to do this planning the night before going to sleep, this will allow us to organize our time better and be more productive during the day.
Exercise
Exercise improves our physical state, however, it also gives us other benefits at a mental level, for example, it allows our level of concentration and focuses to improve (in addition to helping to reduce stress), it is recommended to exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 25 minutes for each session.
To meditate
We have about 60,000 thoughts a day (many of which are negative), by meditating we learn to “silence” our thoughts, which improves our level of concentration and productivity, this habit also allows us to have more “mental strength” in front of any type of problem, which will allow us to better control our emotions in difficult times. It is recommended to meditate at least 5 minutes a day.
